Chair Yoga with Mary Tavares In-Person

Warm up and chill out with this hour-long chair yoga class, which gives participants the opportunity to practice yoga without having to get down on the floor. The class will include breathwork, mudras, and a variety of poses, either seated or standing, with the use of the chair. This will enhance mobility, balance, range of motion, and peace of mind.
