Library Tuesdays @ Concord Community Center : Balloon Painting - Poppies In-Person

Using the balloon dip technique to create the petals combined with a couple of strokes with a paintbrush, you too can create your own beautiful poppy field. All materials for this class will be provided. This free class will take place at Concord Community Center, 7671 Auburn Rd, Painesville.
