Kindness by Mail: Letters to Seniors In-Person
Adults and teens, join us at the library as we partner with Letters Against Isolation to help spread joy and kindness this winter season.
During this in-person program, you’ll write a friendly, uplifting letter to a senior (who may be in a nursing home, hospice or receiving services like Meals on Wheels) you won’t know personally, but will truly appreciate your kind words.
We’ll provide the stationery, letter-writing guidelines, and fun stickers to help you personalize your handwritten note. Once you’ve finished, we’ll handle mailing everything for you. Let your words be a gift that brightens someone’s day!
This program is for ages 13 and older.
Registration recommended as supplies are limited.
