Talk to the World with Amateur Radio In-Person

Presented by Jeffrey Meyer, a Lake County resident with 44 years of combined operational, practical, and public service experience in amateur radio. Mr. Meyer will talk about amateur radio as a lifelong hobby that is multi-faceted, appeals to all ages, and accessible to people of all abilities. Learn about the endless opportunities to meet people from all over the globe, collect QSL cards and awards, relay severe weather reports to the National Weather Service, compete in radio contests, and more.
