Chair Yoga with Mary Tavares In-Person
This hour-long Chair Yoga class allows participants the opportunity to practice Yoga without having to get down on the floor. Class will include breath-work, mudras, and a variety of poses either seated or standing with the use of the chair. This will enhance mobility, balance, range of motion and peace of mind.
